Birmingham Charity Function 2006 |
Another big fundraising charity
event was organised in Birmingham on the
19th of November 2006 which was
supported by local Birmingham,
surrounding Redditch and Lye area's
community. Approximately £48,000 was
raised on the evening.
The function
was attended by Shahid Malik MP, Khalid
Mahmood MP, local councillors , local
business figures and over 400 people
from Birmingham and its surroundings. A
very limited health services in rural
areas were observed by both MP's during
their recent visit to Pakistanand this
project will make a significant impact
in providing basic care facilities in
the area.
Local Councillors,
businessmen and other respected member
of community deeply appreciated the need
of hospital in the area that will have
an impact on health promotion and
assured their full support.
The
chairman of ARM Trust thanked everyone
for supporting the cause. Special thanks
